WellFound Sierra Leone (WFSL) – Job Vacancies
WellFound Sierra Leone (WFSL), a community-rooted organization working on water, sanitation, agriculture, livelihoods, and gender equality, is recruiting for a three-year project funded by the German Government (BMZ) with SiLNoRF and Welthungerhilfe in Moyamba District. The project aims to increase agricultural productivity, reduce hunger, and strengthen community resilience.
Positions Available:
Agriculture Officer
- Train farmers in climate-smart agriculture
- Establish cooperatives/FBOs/VSLAs
- Facilitate access to seeds, tools, and markets
Requirement: Degree in Agriculture/Agronomy or equivalent experience
Climate Change Worker
- Lead community climate adaptation initiatives
- Promote renewable energy and sustainable land/water management
Requirement: Bachelor’s in Climate Science, Environmental Studies, or related; 2+ years rural experience
WASH Lead
- Implement Community-Led Total Sanitation (CLTS)
- Supervise water points, train communities, coordinate hygiene programs
Requirement: Degree in Public/Environmental Health or related; WASH experience
Collective Prosperity & Sustainability Lead
- Promote equality, community empowerment, inclusive governance, education, health, and environmental sustainability
Requirement: 3+ years in community development, gender equality, or sustainability
